    Windows 7 supports up to 256 cores, it's the number of processors that are the limiter (2 is fine though)
    They cant have SSD
    They do support 2 video cards, but unsure on that particular card.

    If you're wanting to put new technology in a box, you should get a newer box. You can't teach an old box new tricks (zing)
