i dont know how grossly you can over gear the current tier but fair enough. though i think the point of the post is you said it was dead as though not a chance it would work and he was showing an example of viability. also dont take it so personally i think it was posted more for the "here watch this its fun" effect than trying to prove you wrong... it turned a thread of nay saying into a fun read for those that had never seen such things as a worm tanking sindy.

agreed, nobody "grossly" over gears Sindy 10 man hard mode.. that's pretty much on par with BiS gear :P

Yes. It is a perfectly "viable" comp. It is ideal for those seeking a mediocre battleground team, a dismal arena setup, and a marginal PvE team that will barely tackle content (if at all) unless it considerably over-gears the stuff.

We'll see how things scale with NR instances, but I just plowed Underbog with 3x level 65 hunters. I'm sure some of that is the new talents/mechanics but I'm still in shitty greens with the warlock chest/shoulder cloth heirlooms. I think a pet died like 3 times; twice due to tweaking macros so it kept Mend Pet rolling and once due to me pulling 3 groups of 4 at once. I can see this being seriously crazy once I get misdirect.

Lol exactly. Hunters are that class that gets buffed to seem viable and then cold reality hits you in the face. It's the one set I wish I had never wasted time leveling.

My problem was never pet threat, it was the fact that pets couldnt live through heroic trash in northrend. BC dungeons were a joke however.

Let me kick the wishful thinker in you in the nuts right away. Hunter pets can't tank heroics, period. Even if you have 5 of them.

Which wrath gear do you mean? Only some wrath gear can be bought at e.g. belf veteran armor quartermaster in Orgrimmar, but those are same as before the 4.0.1 patch. All other wrath gear seem to still require ratings...
