Anytime I see a blue screen I first suspect the ram.
Lower the ram speed in the bios and see what happenes.
Frankly you should always have an extra stick of ram (or two) so you can swap out unill things work ...... its a bit costly but given that in my experience 90 percent of all my hardware failures have been ram well.
