    Default So I Called Blizzard...

    I wasn't on hold for very long considering the call volume is probably higher during the weekend. The customer support agent resolved ALL of my issues. We even had the time to discuss the game a little and he inquired about my multiboxing and owning 13 accounts.

    TO MY SURPRISE...

    About 10 minutes later, I received a call from the customer support agent to inform me that he was sending me 3 free authenticators and a free baseball cap for being such a loyal customer.

    When we went to hang up he said, "keep rockin'!!!" LOL

    I've always received excellent customer support every time I've called Blizzard. Mainly because I understand that most of the issues they receive calls about are way beyond their control.

    I'm truly impressed.
