Limiting Max FPS

Greetings all!

After applying the most recent patch, I deleted all of my custom folders. One of the things I can't figure out how to do is limit the Max FPS on my 4 alts. I remember I had it set to 10, but I can't remember if it was a file I had to modify, a macro, or something else.

Any advice is appreciated!

There are max foreground and background sliders in your video options now.

Yeah, I was messing around with that....but there was a way to enter the exact FPS you wanted. That's what I am trying to recall.
