depends on a few things, like do you have any toons started and what level are they, do you even want to play whatever classes those are, and do you have more time, or more money. You could very easily get up and running, with all new RAF, and xfer the toons to the new accts, but it gets expensive. Also, if you have Heirlooms, it helps too.

I made myself a promise that i will never level to 60 without RAF. Only thing that might make me do it again is cata, because they seem to have improved the process, and it's a whole new azeroth so it won't be tedious.
