Yes, today I tried my first lvl 80 heroic and I succeded! It was utgardt keep, played it with my four hunters + pally healer. Two wipes on the 2nd boss duo, but that was all.

Currently my hunters all have Rowans rifle of silver bullets, bought at AH. I know this isn't optimal for hunters but still very good at this point. Is there any better ranged weapon to get from heroic dungeons or is it better to wait and upgrade them after cataclysm?

But I really hate Volley has been removed (at least I didnt find it). Now hunters have no aoe at all (except explosive trap). Those skeleton adds were a real pain in the ass because of this.
