SSD Arrives Tomorrow, WOW Transfer?

Hi,

My OCZ Vertex 2E arrives tomorrow.
I want to know the best way to move over my entire WOW setup?

Since I have been on a HDD I'm not going to bother doing a migration of the OS, and I've decided just to do a fresh system install.
I don't want to lose any settings, but do I need to isntall WOW again?

Can I just drag the WOW install from

D:/WOW to C:/WOW

Where D is my HDD and C is my new SSD drive. I don't know if I have to do a fresh install then manually grab my WTF file and Addons?

Also, am I doing the correct thing by not doing a migration from my HDD to SSD. I figure a fresh install has got to be better for performance, otherwise I would be hacking my SSD to be compatible with the old disk.

Yeah you can just copy the folders and it will work fine. You can even put wow on an usb stick and plug into any computer and play

If you run the Patcher from the new location (the SSD) that updates your computer so it knows the new location of warcraft on your system.

lol...I hadn't thought of that. Would make it much easier showing Mom new boxing setups or hitting the AH while I'm visiting.

For me since I use ISBOXER - Innerspace, by moving it to the new SSD it breaks the link that ISBoxer shared with wow. You simply have to add the new location in as a new WOW game in ISBoxer so that it works correctly. At least this worked for me.
