How do you put the borders around blocks where you have put your Addons? I'm refering to that double line around the whole console you've got going center bottom.

I use skinner, and i put all my addons in to a "SkinME" folder, so skinner makes all my addons skinned with borders and backrounds. Also i use a midelframe there that you can place anywhere you want.
