Default Network Key Broadcaster for Mac?

    Hey guys.

Was wondering if anyone knew of any key broadcaster for Mac for the older PowerPc Mac's that work over a network?

Got an Intel MacBook Pro and a G5 PowerPc. The MacBook Pro can handle like 4 clients max, doing a fifth client works, but it chugs pretty badly. Heavily populated areas i barely get 4-5 fps if that, which normally max I'll get 10 fps.

I have my other computer sitting there, and would really like to spread out the workload.

    Any clues on this?

I'm a mac user myself and although i use plexer, which is not a network key broadcaster, i believe Multilaunchbox is, i'd say give the trial a go and if you have an query's email the owner and in my experience he is a great help!

I am not using it now, but in the past i have used Synergy and Clone Keys on multiple computers. It takes a bit more work to get setup than multi launch box though.

i've been looking into synergy but can't seem to figure it out. i use synergykm which is a bit more user friendly but doesnt have key broadcasting ablilities that i know of...

    Multilaunchbox does support network.
Give it a try. There really isn't trial, I took the trial limitations out.

If you like and feel driven to buy, then I thank you in advance, if not enjoy it anyway.

G5 PowerPc are pre-Intel. Does Multilaunchbox support this too? From the site it doesnt seem so...

Possibly some bad news you're not aware of... I'm not sure MLB supports PowerPC but WoW itself is no longer supporting powerPC with the release of Cataclysm, in fact I think I've read that the upcoming pre-cata patch is going to be the end of PowerPC support, with all the system changes etc it would seem likely.

    Blue post:

"Shortly before the release of Cataclysm a patch will be released in which PowerPC processor based Macs will no longer be supported. This update indicates the removal of PowerPC support from World of Warcraft. Attempting to run the game after the update will bring up a message stating the hardware is no longer supported, and the game will not run. "

Hmm no Powerpc support anymore. Then I won;t feel real bad for MLB not supporting either.
Though I can't see why it wouldn't, I am not using any Intel only api's, and it was compiled for universal.

However, I must admit this was my first Mac application. I usually deal in windows applications.
