Lock yourself just before you hit 81, I guess? 80 to 85 is going to take as long as 70 - 80 did, so I guess however long it takes to level from 70 - 72 is how long it will take to hit 81. If someone wants to do the math on approximately how many instance runs that takes [without rested] and then multiply that by the values above to hit the cap.
