Must have teams?

Leveling some teams with RAF before it runs out, what teams should I make sure to level?

I don't pvp... But figured if I get around to it the sham/locks/mages would be enough to keep me entertained.

I currently have
5x mages
5x Druids
4x locks
5x shaman
3x priests (will probably gift level another)

I have a 80 pally, had considered boosting 4 more but with the cata changes... ?

Any other teams a must have? Figured rogues and hunters were of much interest to me?

I'll have lots of gift levels so may create one of every class but due to limit of 10 toons per server it will cost me 25usd per level 60 toon since I'll have to transfer it to dif acct. (I linked all the RAF accounts to my first account /facepalm)
