Jamba - Master not following Focus
I've been running ISBoxer/Jamba dual box for a while now, and had pretty much everything working well.
Hard drive dies, and I have to set up a new dual box configuration.
Most of it is fine (InnerSpace was not affected; just changed the directory).
Reinstalled WoW from scratch, including fresh set up of Jamba (0.7b)
Problem:
"When focus changes, set the Master to the Focus" is checked (Core: Team), but Master is NOT following Focus. Makes for an interesting turn of events when I am running the "Slave" past the "Master" and hit the Follow button...
Focus is definitely changing properly.
Any suggestions?

Turns out it was an issue with InnerSpace. Not sure exactly what it is; I reran the wizard and everything started working.

And it stopped working again. Rerunning the wizard.. no change. Uninstalling/reinstalling IS/ISBoxer/Jamba does nothing.

How are you changing focus?
Isboxer wizard by default sets a macro to run on window swaps which changes the active window to jamba master, so is it possible that this is changing your master separately to however you are changing focus?
Can't offer too much more than that at the moment because I have been running FTL now for a while. When I ran a focus setup, my focus change macro was set into my window swap hotkeys so that window swaps occurred in conjunction with master and focus swaps anyway.

----------------------------------------
I've been happily dual boxing using ISBoxer and Jamba for months, but my setup took a major dump recently. (Pre-4.x; it first barfed during Brewfest.)
Config: http://pastebin.com/bpFuZCNR
2 toons: Xapi and Zapi.
2 monitors: one 1680x1050, one 1280x1024. The 1680 is my "main" in Windows, and Xapi is dedicated to it; Zapi dedicated to the 1280.
One copy of WoW.
Focus switch by mouseover (no click needed).
As I said, it was working flawlessly for months; from toon creation until now (level 61).
If I have Jamba "Master" on Xapi, then move my cursor to Zapi, it switches Master to Zapi, as expected.
If I then move the cursor back to Zapi, Jamba Master remains on Zapi. Game recognizes the change, as hitting Esc brings up the menu on Xapi's screen.
Even with Jamba Master still on Zapi, selecting a target on Xapi causes Zapi to target and shoot Xapi's target (as expected).
If using Zapi, Xapi ignores Zapi's target. (Gives "You have no target" message.)
If, on Xapi, I click the Follow macro, Xapi follows Zapi (Jamba Master sitting incorrectly on Zapi).
I checked to see if there are any keybinds I may have inadvertently set, but nothing was obvious.
