What to do with this Druid?

I've come back to WoW and found an abandoned level 69 team ready to go. After a couple of years overseas, however, I really don't remember my play style or anything with them. There is a pally tank, 3 shamans and a druid. I plan to respec them all from scratch since even the 3 shamans have different specs. The druid has me wondering what to do for a healer.

I could do:

Pally (Prot) Tank
Shaman (Ele) DPS
Shaman (Ele) DPS
Shaman (Ele) DPS
Druid (Resto) Healer

or:

Pally (Prot) Tank
Shaman (Ele) DPS
Shaman (Ele) DPS
Shaman (Resto) Healer
Druid (Bal) Boomkin DPS

It seems to me that if I went with one of the shamans as a healer, I could also dual-spec the Druid to Feral for those times when I need an off-tank.

What's the community's thoughts on this?

probably easier to have the 3 shaman on the same spec, and heal with the druid,
but might have more dps with the benefits of a moonkin.

that said, ele shaman are really easy to box with good results compared to boomkins.
I would go paly tank, 3 elem, 1 resto

regarding your dual spec comment, it seems in cata the cost will be quite low (at least it seems on the beta)
so you might still be able to respec your druid as bear, and have a shaman heal.

Boomkins sound like they are going to be much easier to box in Cataclysm.

in any case, you can always swap at will, ele/boomkin/resto stats can work (to an extent) for whichever role
