heroics help?

im in nearly full ilvl 232 pvp gear, and im having trouble doing heroics. tried H pinnacle, got too 2nd boss and died because i went oom? do i need more gear?, what do you guys suggest as a first time multiboxer (new to pve that is)

PvP gear is the main issue there, it doesn't have the survivability stats needed for PvE.

figured this but its only the dps/heals that have pvp gear my tank has t9/crafted 245 gear

Make sure your Meta gem is Insightful

What kind of team do you have?

Step 1: unequip pvp gear, put on pve gear. You can substitute pieces with pvp gear when they are really an upgrade (hit, intellect, mana regen are OK, stamina is not)

Step 2: run with a dedicated healer

Step 3: try your castsequences on a target dummy (you can use the dummies at the tournament to test for mobs at low health)

Step 4: is your team now geared enough for heroics? If yes, then start heroics, either easy ones or whatever the dungeon finder throws at you; if not, then run normal instances to acquire better gear, buy BOEs or get rep rewards

Step 5: Profit
