Personally i bound the heals on my restodruid to seperate keys and only broadcasted those to the druid, with Isboxer. Since i hardly used alt as a modifier, i bound heals to keys with alt as a modifier, works great for me.

Most people use Repeater regions. Something like this should explain the idea:

Depends a bit on the aim you have. PVE or PVP. I need my mouse for targetting in PVP, so can't use it to click my healtargets. In pve, this should be no problem.
Currently i'm using ISBoxer to sent the key presses.

And Jamba for the macros.

After reading a bunch of posts, so far i've set up nukes, and i'm able to heal my entire party from the warrior. So far i'm succeeding. Haha.
