So, i've read up and created some macros for my priest to heal the group.

Now, is it best to use ISBoxer to send the key command to that character?

I.E., send F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 to only the priest via ISBoxer, or does Jamba have a better way?

You can't compare ISboxer and jamba.

Jamba helps you ingame and does not control what keys get send to wow's.

Personally i bound the heals on my restodruid to seperate keys and only broadcasted those to the druid, with Isboxer. Since i hardly used alt as a modifier, i bound heals to keys with alt as a modifier, works great for me.

Most people use Repeater regions. Something like this should explain the idea:

Depends a bit on the aim you have. PVE or PVP. I need my mouse for targetting in PVP, so can't use it to click my healtargets. In pve, this should be no problem.

After reading a bunch of posts, so far i've set up nukes, and i'm able to heal my entire party from the warrior. So far i'm succeeding. Haha.

Num 2 = Curse of Agony
Num 3 = Mage 1 Polymorph
Num 6 = Mage 2 Polymorph
Num 4 = Frostbolts x2
Num 5 = Frost AE x2
Num 7 = Power Word: Shield to Warrior
Num 8 = Renew to Warrior
Num 9 = Fireblast x 2
Num 0 = All 3 direct damage casts
Num Delete = Just mage direct damage casts
Num / = Formation

What do you guys think? What can I do to improve / useful tools to make this playtype easier?

Binds are all personal what works for you. Keep in mind that you might want more then 1 button per char to heal for specials like Pain suppresion. or whatever
