Do you have the peer to peer option enabled on the downloader? I got 4 attempted hits from IPs that were blacklisted overseas when i first went to download with the PTR installer. I scrapped the game files and turned off peer to peer so that I only got the files from Blizz's http site.
Well I've just copied my warlock (maybe raiding main) and one of my ele's on the same account, both onto brill (little disappointed it's PvE tho) and had to leave my PC still downloading at lunch, hope it's mostly done by the time I get home but prob won't as I bet there are multiple downloads that need permission to start : /

oh ya am ally atm there is free paid servies on the PTR atmmight move over to horde
