I don't like micro-managing toons, so I would prefer less active attention over more power, unless the set up prevents me from getting certain content done.

Pala Tanks1-2 are great, I tried DKs as well, needs much more attention.

I love Heal2-3 Resto Shamans, spamming chain heal is just carefree group healing and earth shield+riptide is automated tank healing. Add healing stream totem and I basically don't need to think about heals in my 5box. My priest seems to need more active attention to healing.
It's probably me, but a shadow priest rotation seems to take some more attention than a shaman, def. if you want to do decent dps with them. The hit buff can also be provided with a moonkin.

Maybe you want to swap out a resto shaman for a disc priest, and go with a boomkin. He also provides gift of the wild, rebirth, can be off specced tank, melee or healer if the encounter requires you to do that.

So I'd think about:

Tank1: Prot Paladin
Tank2: Prot Paladin
Heal1: Disc Priest (off spec shadow)
Heal2: Resto Shaman
DPS1: Boomkin (off spec anything you need, plenty of gear drops)
DPS2: Frost Mage
DPS3: Destro Lock
DPS4: Ele Shaman
DPS5: Ele Shaman
DPS6: Ele Shaman
