Easiest thing would be to create a new profile on the Addons with a UI on one character. And then copy the ADDONNAME.wtf file to the wtf folders of the toons.
Creating a profile is useful to use the settings for other characters or leave it away.
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-a...ny-addons.aspx is an addon to choose addons on the fly and also with different profiles.
