its not that hard to talk when ur dead or waitng for a ally to come in or no ones around. and if u do get some one press enter send a half message and then finish it after u kill them. arcane blast not so good living bomb its ok u need more haste and sp for it to be good. then use fire blast itll oneshot and its an instant cast 6 sec cd but its an instant death to use it if mellee gets close ur dragon breath then blast wave thatll kill any thing

and as far as the best in there. hk kbs and honor gained mean that u are shit. u want towers capped deffened bal killed and so on dont d galv let the retards to that ally can skip it and still win

I can take gy's easy but I cant go up in towers to click on the things, I can pick off soem of the tower mobs though from the ground and get ally as they run into the tower. I am fairly sure I can defend a tower but rogues will sneek past me (I have a rogue though for that purpose to see them, but not over level 70 yet). I suppose I can go up to the click thing and stand next to it so if ally click it I just aracne explsions and war stomp and then rogue is gone and I can click it myself, and if its not a rogue Ill see them and LB them.

Living bomb is instant cast; hast will reduce the gcd? Humm well ya I can get the gcd to 1 second, think I best work on that gear wise, good tip.

I have high spell power. Ya I prefer not to use arcane explsion as I am spec for fire but if 10 guys are on me arcane is more effective.


I haven't set up macros for DB yet but I will for next call to arms. I use in pve every time but Ill have to make two keys cause a lot of time they are out of DB range and in LB range. I really wish I had my pal then I could sheild stun or hammer of justic stun the first two mellee coming in on me. Maybe I should spec into blast wave for pvp. In pve I want the mobs near me but in pvp best to keep enemy far.

Ya for sure I need to spec into blast wave for pvp, looks way better then Dragons breath for pvp. Humm never knew it decreases run speed also, I can maybe use for pve also then (one guy blast wave mobs to ruduce speed and then I LB all them then just run away while they all die .... )

Well lot of macro writing and re specing and buying new gear for the next call to arms I can see.

My vision of Battlegrounds is that your chance to win is based on morale mostly. If people expect to lose "because they always do," then they'll farm HK's. If you enter a BG and people are like: "let's win this." Then that's the most important thing you can do to win or lose a game. There are a lot of aspects in the Battlegrounds that require 0,5 brainactivity to do, but still increase the winchance by A LOT.

- defending towers
- capping GY's
- grabbing demo's and storm walls(not players....)
- running flag (possibly a bit more brainactivty needed depending on game.)

Depending on if people will or won't do these things, you'll win. No skill required.

That's the reason why i activitely participate in BGchat and spam AVtimers. To hopefully get people so far that they do their job. which is offense. Since i'll make sure our defense is ok.

I highly doubt it brings and advantage to bring more then 4-5 chars into AV. Even with 40 man. Gear is an issue however. I managed to defend atleast 2 towers in defense with my 4 shaman + healer. If you were to be more usefull you'd have to split the team up or faceroll Vann/Drek.

But ofcourse: Good luck and hopefully have fun! It definitely has fun possibilities.

With the nurfs to Living Bomb and Bast Wave I was thinking about moveing away from fire mage in cata but then I see that Scorch will be castable on the move, has no cool down, looks to be 40 yards and lol TAKES NO MANA .... Dosnt do a ton of damage but 10 or 15 mages or 20 mages can do some serious on the move dps with scorch for sure.

I am really thinking that a priest (holy nova for healing and priest has rez) / mage combo is way better then having shaman in the mix.

Lets see:

Pal 2 (tank and off tank)
Warlock 2 (for ritual of summoning)
Rogue (anti stealth or stealth targeting)
DK (pull spell)
Shaman 7 (anti fear totems, healing)
Mage 22
Priest 1

Hummm seems a restro shaman is considered a high quality healer, guess Ill go with one priest for buffs and keep some more shaman totally for healing.
