have 50 60s and 2 av weekends and ill be 80 on all 50 woot

How many do you think you can run in an AV at the same time and win? You have to really be on your toes; pvp play is very very fast, and we have lost a few games with 30 seconds making the difference.

How many do you think you can run in an AV at the same time and not have others on your team /afk report kick you?


I cannot remotly belive you can get from 60 to 80 on 50 toons in 8 AV call to arms days ..... I think I won 2-3 games out of 40 or so over these last 4 days of playing like 8 hours per day. I was running 8 toons at a time.


BUT it does appear from looking at prepareds guys gear that he did level up on pvp.


I am kinda thinking myself to scale back to 26 if there really is no 40 man content or wintegrasp type place comeing in Cata. (I have six computers and 1 is for the main so thats 5 each on 5 computers is where 26 comes from). My ping lag in av is 140ms wiht just 2 clients, and at about 230ms I feel my play is compromised, I can just imagine what my ping lag will be with 7 clients ....

lol u won 3 games i won like 30 lol im dontbescared BTW lol lawls. i did 51-72 in av weekend and most the time i didnt even queue lol.

also ill be lvling ally and i have a secret strat to win with 25 toons so ill win even av or damn close. also sam sorry to say but ur rilly not that great in av i was getting whispers about u and a 5 boxer took you out to. dont get me wrong u do damage and so on but your playing mages totaly wrong and the only reasons for 30 second o shit win / losses are because horde doesnt understand that defense is needed and so is offense. all they wanta do is camp galv. YOU DONT NEED GALV TO WIN.

Sam, as a boxer you should be winning far more than you lose... Even if you decide to follow the headless chickens to do the blitz, and then find out that there is no tank... you have the firepower to down Vann. (just make sure that you don't pickup too much aggro from the bosses - let somebody else do more damage initially).

I won 3 or 4 games by tanking with 3x Voidwalkers (mage, priest & 3x locks), due to dithering team members ( i even soloed vann with 2 towers up,as we were running out of resources and needed a quick win)

I think its safe to say horde loses with me or without me ....

Yes legion of boom guys wiped me really fast, no doubt, but they had 4 or so levels on me at the time.

Well I kill tons of enemy no one realizes how much damage I do untill the games end as living bomb dosnt have a flashy graphic, if the bomb dosnt go off the guy just dies and if you dont know what his debuffs are it looks like im doing nothing.

I always end up in the middle or higher when I sort by honor at the end of the game so I assume that I am pulling my load.

But no doubt there is room for improvement. Leading with my shaman is a problem but I need a rezzer, I wish my Pal was still 79 but I try and stop exp but then they can't group together. Also I get into random groups so my tremor and grounding totems only effect the shaman and not the mages .... and no doubt when I go to 2 seperate graveyards and my group is split I just exit.

No matter my goal is to get my mages to 77 and then get some super exp at the IC tables, they made 76 so not much left to go.

there is a popular mage aoe location in IC where there are some tables, just google ice crown mage aoe. I'v been there and there are a lot of mobs and people say they repop in a few minutes. Lots of videos on that spot also. Mobs are level 80 so when I went there with level 73 mages I could not land spells on them.

So whats the strat for horde, basically no one can agree to any plan on the start and those who enjoy offence go on offence and those who enjoy defence go on defence. Only sucess we have had is to get enough to galv and smash their initial attack and then go to Bal. But sometimes they just run right by galv and go stright to our boss.

What I do basically is go to whereever I am closest, if I pop at a defensive gy I go defensive if I pop at an offensive gy I go offensive, I feel I need to be in constant contact with the enemy to maximize my effectivness and having 8 guys just running from one end of the map to the other is very bad for the team. All the more reason to ahve a pal I can get places faster .....

Hey don't forget if you get 25 and try and get into av etc. as a raid you will go agaist a premade, not the ususal random cobble that if you join by group you get. I think we might be better off just trying to get all 5 groups in (also hard to do though) to go up against a random bunch. A premade is going to be coodenated and know what they are doing.

Is the amount of honor you get a fair way to determine if you are doing well or not? I mean the guy on the horde team that got the most honor did the best right? I suppose I can make a macro that will close all the chat windows or something, Ill work it out for next call to arms.

I really can't see where, during battle I will have any time to talk, its really a twitch game at that point. I have to target a guy blast him with 7 bombs tab to the next enemy (and ignor just like totems and wolves and stuffs), hope he is in range when it says out of range (lol my shaman seem to have a range counter of 30 yards while my mages can hit at 41 or so, I need a 40 yard range counter, another thing to work on). I have to kill at least 8 of the ehnemey before they hit me to at least break even for the team, so how many seconds do I have before they notice me and attack? It takes me at least 15 seconds to do 8 of them, if they are all in range and if there are not a bunch of usless targets around. If I am talking to you or someone else I am dead before I kill one. I can't move and type either, what I am supposed to let 8 guys sit there and do nothing while I am talking, thats crazy. I suppose I could set a point and move the main to it. But what if I get attacked, I need to be paying attention every second and not typeing words. I can talk on forums though and don't mind doing so.

I could set up a macro to say "yes" or "no" anda window where I can read what you tell me though, I can read but just can't type.

You know i should set up a /bg Seven Living Bombs on %T so people can see I am working hard but then the bg channel gets spammed.
