I'm curious about your goals.. I mean 10 is certainly enough to roll anything in world PvP.. and since no BGs or dungeons will be taking 40 people.. im not sure what you intend to do with 40 toons lol

40 starfalls sounds good, but.. you will never find more than 10 people who it will hit at once, even in Wintergrasp (which will be empty in a couple months)

I have 10 druids, and with all starfalls up, everyone dies in a GCD, so 30+ more is a bit of a waste IMO lol

at least if you control all 40 toons in av, you can be assured that they will all do the blitz together.
(if they don't you have some serious schizophrenic issues to deal with )

he could also queue up with 20 of his alliance toons and 20 of his horde toons at the same time, for the same AV. Imagine the reactions of the 5 people getting pugged in on each side ...

Ya really but you cant hold a tower .... but if you can kill the boss with his two tower guards up then ... ya no afkers and everyone folloing the same plan but lack of tower control and gy control well ...

I think the 40 man raids are for vanilla content + world pvp raids. Maybe i've missed something but the only new pve raids will be 10 and 25 man sharing the same lockout, and AV/Isle of Conquest will be scaled down to 25 man battlegrounds (up from 40).

You need to do 25 horde and 25 alliance toons, then just level in AV, playing vs. yourself.

ISBoxer will have no problem controlling that many toons, although you will probably not really use FTL. You should still be able to use all of the features, but if you're thinking about controlling 20 on the same PC you're definitely going to have performance issues. To run 20 on the same PC you'd probably want them all low resolution (turn instant swap off) and it might help to have a dual i7 or dual opteron (8-12 cores each!). I haven't tried launching that many in a while so I'm not really sure how well it would perform.

Whoever asked if the bosses are going to be easier in AV if it's 25-man, they don't really need to be easier... 1 healer 1 tank and 3 dps can easily take down the boss at 80 with 2 towers still up, I know this because I did it with my paladins a while back: (screenshot) http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=292
