My guild did the first kingslayer kill GDKP on the server.

There is always going to be one who had to sit out, couldn't make it to mains run or missed the alt run and who still wants to do some bosses. Be it with trade chat scum or other friends, the general level of playing will be higher with some many quality guilds/players around. I've seen several pugs / gdkp runs going 12/12, for a while. That's my only point I wanted to make actually.

The only US servers that have done that from what I have been told/seen are mal'ganis and blackrock... i have no idea about EU as I don't really care.

But saying "oh, others elsewhere have done it" doesn't take away from the fact it was a server first.

In addition to Blackrock and Mal'ganis, let's not forget good ol' Kil'jaeden... been doin' it over on KJ for quite some time.

I'm very sorry, but i just can't believe that only 2 realms on the US servers have had a pug that killed the LK. That doesn't make sense at all to me. About 14k guilds have killed him world wide on 25m which equals roughly 500k players or 5% of total player base. And we are > half year after he was beaten for the first time. Put up a post in mmo champ US first section and ask there if your pug was the 3rd one to go 12/12. But whatever.

That doesn't change your achievement of raid leading a pug though to go 12/12.

There are "pugs" that consist of 50% of a guild that have done it in MANY places. But with the actual meaning of a PuG.. There were no more than 2 persons from any particular guild.

Neither here nor there though. I'm proud of what I did, all that matters.

Ground Monster Alien and Have A Bank And A Tabard are 2 guilds that I remember doing big successful GDKP runs on KJ. When I was on KJ I didn't need a DKP run or a PUG seeing as our raid group in LoB downed Lich King. I just moved to a new server and we just did 9/12 HM, regular Princes, regular Sindragosa, and ran out of time before we could down Lich King... the 30% buff is a joke. And why anyone would pay big money for items from ICC at this point only to have them replaced by a level 81 or 82 quest reward is beyond me, just PUG it for the title.

The only threads of his that are worth reading are his gold making ones, all others are just him showboating how e-cool he is to us.

PS. There are multiple GDKP runs since the 15% buff they have been going 12/12 and thats just on alliance (the minorities). and NO they werent made up of almost all top end raiding guilds, i go to them quite often and there are usually no more than 5 people from a certain guild... but grats
