New Shaman ele dps macro!

Doing some tests, and I think I found a REALLY nice little "trick", this actually rocks. It casts lava burst anytime it's up... even with the proc!!!!!!! Just spam the key...

might need a few tweaks, but WOW, can't believe it casts lava burst anytime it's up!

For clarification - this is all in 1 macro, all 3 lines...

/cast elemental mastery
/castsequence [reset=combat] flame shock, chain lightning, lightning bolt, lightning bolt, lightning bolt, lightning bolt, earth shock, chain lightning, lightning bolt, lightning bolt
/cast lava burst

If we can put our proc type effects, where you have /cast lava burst, that will make procs a lot easier to manage.

That shouldn't work. Not that I dont belive you but that is not how its supposed to work.

Have you tried the new latency control slider as well? Does that do anything?

This needs a ton of work, but I'm pleased with what I've seen so far.

For my elemental shaman, I'm using:

It lets me take full advantage of fulminate and also not lose my Lava Burst crits.

I'm using that paladin tanking macro, and there's a nice spot that crops up every 20 seconds or so that's ideal for putting consecrate in. If I can figure out how to make a super long castsequence macro, I think this will be really quite easy to handle.

Why don't you take the 2nd lava burst out of your rotation kate and just add /cast lava burst? This way you'll make full use of lava surge that can reset the cooldown of lava burst?

Will that actually work? For some reason, I thought that it would hang up if Lava Burst wasn't reset.

I removed the 2nd LB from the sequence and added another Lighting Bolt to the end to keep the timing more or less the same. I'll give it a try the next time I'm logged in! Thanks for the suggestion.
