I doubt you looked into the software for more than 2 minutes. How can you judge the product on such limited information? People like you freaks me out.
I'm not refering to the product, its the website.

From this page: http://isboxer.com/index.php/get-isboxer clicking on the purchase takes me to a lime green website which says I have to log in. I want to know purchase information and prices.I don't want to have to register an account to find out the prices.

This is basic information that should be easily accessible. I can see now that it is on the features page, but its quite discreet. I don't think the developer does a very good job of promoting the product.

The lime green gradient is incredibly ugly and just reminds me of phpnuke from the late 90s. As I said, these are the factors which made me decide not to purchase, so as constructive criticism, if the developer reads this, I would address these issues.

I'm not trying to offend anyone as it appears like several of you feel like I've attacked your only child, just stating the issues that I found, and the reasons which made me choose pwn over ISboxer.

Probably best asking on the other website as I doubt many use that software here. Mainly due to the author being banned from here a while ago.

Yes, I read dual-boxing.com. I accept your criticism that the lavishsoft.com forum template could look a lot better. I haven't re-done that template because I've been meaning to move to new forums altogether. I also accept that the Get it Now page should probably have pricing information.

However, if you're expecting the author to accept criticism, you should also be willing accept criticsm yourself -- as many have pointed out that information is right there on the main page of ISBoxer.com and several other places. Clicking the Purchase link assumes you already created your account on lavishsoft.com and that you can log into it to continue to the actual purchasing page.

But in all seriousness, if you want to talk about a hack job done overnight have you BEEN to pb's site?! How did you get through it without gouging your eyes out?

Yeah I agree a lot of the sites need work, yours isn't the exception. In the past with my own web companies I would have loved to know every little detail as to what drives a customer to purchase, or even not purchase, so take it as constructive criticism, albeit rather blazen and direct.

In this circumstance, basic fact finding was the issue here. When presented with two products, I selected the one which was easy to navigate.

I also liked that I was able to see screenshots before hand...
Anyway, well done for creating a product which everyone obviously holds in high regard! I'm sure I will get around to using it some time soon too, as I am to test out a lot of different set ups.

Just fyi, the first iteration of pb was a blatent violation of blizzard's rules. It even played out in the customer service forum where it recieved a huge smack down. I don't believe the author even writes the software himself. Get a refund, now.

I have never heard of anyone have problems purchasing ISBoxer.

I, as well as Poyzon on this site, are/were both admins on pwns mbox website. We left amid numerous reasons not limited too ISBoxer is a WAY better more full featured program (lookup things like repeater regions etc...), the quality of support is off the charts, I am not made to feel stupid or wrong when I find an issue by the software author, and I can get support directly from the author at some point during almost every day.

This is correct, I know for a fact he contracts it out now as I have been approached personally.

There are TONS of video guides etc that would show you all about the things ISBoxer can do.
