The same site you had to access to download the game from has every keybind and an entire game manual that, in fact, has its own little section on being KO'd.

There is a gimp form of autofollow in the game right now. You autorun using R, and then lock on your target with C. You will keep running at your target.

I am still waiting for assist commands to enter the game.
