    Default Adobe Premiere + Fraps = FPS issue?

    When I record in-game footage with fraps, it looks fine when I am viewing the raw footage. But whenever I import it to premiere it becomes choppy and the FPS becomes very wonky. Is this just an issue with premiere?

    Are you using a RAM preview? I'm not even sure Premiere has this option but I know After Effects does; that is only reason why I'm asking as I am not well versed in Premiere.
