I did a check yesterday and it seems they are already working on a cataclysm version. Decided not to use it though as i found another solution for my needs. But as max said, that is a good indication that they won't ditch the project.

Could you explain how you would set them up.
Lets say you are 5 boxing all of the same character...

Would you set up every macro on the same key as your master?

So that you just transfer keypress 1 to keypress 1 on every other slave also? So that activiates say Attack?

I'm unsure how to set up this bit...
I tried setting up yesterday all the macros but it took forever and I go nowhere.

Same question as Kalyse, I am unsure how to apply these.

Is it as simple as using Super Duper Macro, and pasting them in game? And having them as a one button spam DPS macro?

Vociferate, these macros are no longer going to work in 2 or 3 weeks I believe. Definitely not when Cata hits. Bliz changed how the commas are handled.
