Default WSG -> still a noob

Hi, I'm now 80 with my 4 ele shams. So I'm farming BG, but WSG is pretty hard to play, as I can't really help with the flag. Do you have advice like how not to loose ? Thanks a lot

DPS is very important in WSG, you slow down/ kill the other team. The best places to do it depends on the other team but sit in places they have to move through is easy. Graveyard, tunnels, and ramps. You also try defense or flag stealing, not the best use of shammies but a good change of pace.
RAF Tour Guide files are obsolete, I went to Zygor

Try to go get flag with a player that can carry flag (pref 1,3k+ resi or so), a healer and you. Escort them, tell them to wait up if you get behind. Once you've reached your own Flagroom and the oposing faction got your flag, go back and retrieve it. Tell others to defend the FC and possibly ask 1 dpsclass to join you so he can actually click the flag to return it. So you can just nuke at range.

With your shammies, you can make an excellent flag retriever. It doesn't matter how many they have escorting the FC, just target the FC and Flame Shock/Elemental Mastery/Lavaburst. Most people that play battlegrounds won't react fast enough to heal through that much insta damage, and you can then click on the flag like a madman to return it. The only problem with WSG is you're going to get blamed when you lose, no matter how many flags you return or how high you are on the damage charts.
