He's buying an AMD CPU which uses dual channel memory, 12GB and 24GB aren't normally what you would see on a dual channel board [gotta be able to divide by 1,2, or 4 and fit them into 4 slots -- 3/6/9/12GB modules do not exist in the non-ECC world]. His board only supports 16GB anyway, and 16GB would cost him anywhere between $400 and $800. I suggested 8GB above, but if he can get 16GB for $400 I'd go that route.
Guess you missed his updated list which is 6 posts above yours. He has an SSD, and he doesn't even list that burner or the cooler in the updated list.
To Void:
I just noticed, WTF do you need DDR3 2000 for? You planning on that heavy of an overclock? Your board would normally support 1333 or 1066.
