you can, but using a device to automate multiple keypresses to perform multiple actions is against the TOS for WoW because you could use it to chain macros. So in order to setup a keybind for wow you would technically do the same thing but remove all the delay values from the 'macro' so when you press the button from my previous post the game will see that you hit 'alt-shift-1' So you can go into the keybindings menu, select an item to bind and hit the G1 key on your keyboard, and viola you now have another bound key using a combination of keys that you wont use normally, thus allowing you more possible keybindings and modifiers in your macros(if you use them)
