In the best traditions of answering pretty open-ended questions like that, I'd reply: "It depends."
The short answer, is for PvE you'll need a tank, so I'd turned that Resto Druid in a big burly bear. For PvP 5xShamans would work a treat.
Beyond that, you'd need to be a lot more specific about what you want to do with them.
...for when one toon just isn't enough...

im planning on doing pvp, bg/arena would the 5 shammy combo work better than the 4 shaman/druid
