Sure you can. Some "trade chat lol leet gs scum" can have full relentless + wrathful legs/hands and a couple of icc 25 pieces just from getting carried for months. And there are plenty of them. Decent gear is very easy accessible. And those are the guys when they i.e. play a shaman that never have used a hex, interrupt or purge. A good player will always beat a bad players. And most players in wow are bad players (i'm not talking about the 0,x % that has a decent arena rating, since it was about BG's).
