Keymap limit?

Is there a limit to how many key maps you can have per group?

I ask because I am trying to make the following key map

I press num-6 on my main character and num-6 is broadcast to shaman # 5 only (resto shaman)

Ever key map i have made has worked up to this point except this one. I even tried to change the hot key from num-6 to alt-2 just to see if it was interfering with another key map, but that didn't work either. And just for kicks, all of the other hotkeys that use the numpad seem to work. Also, you know how when you make a new keymap and you press that key in-game and it no longer does anything on the main character? That isn't working for this keymap either. If I bind the hotkey to alt-2, my druid (main screen) still tries to cast whatever is on AB-2 whenever I hit the hotkey, as opposed to hitting alt-1 (a different hotkey) doing nothing on my druid.

Never mind, now it wants to randomly work all of the sudden...
