What makes the team very special is that she has all those toons (and the other set(s) ) raiding, its obviously quite rare to have multiple toons concurrently in raid consistently and to a lesser degree having multiple characters actually raiding at it seems. It's trivial to get a pile of characters to 80, badge cap them and ... do dailies.
The comp has a lot of strength from what it had a while ago, looking at the same group I toyed with: old school vamp embrace, blackout procs and symbol of hope were the center of the group's focus. The major downsize was the 20 yard range of mind flay and really no regen, crits, and crappy itemization. That made instances pretty tough throughout TBC. Now the comp is similar to modern druids or shaman, especially with the addition of aoe damage.
Any inadequacies as far as comp buffs can be written off as 'the raid will provide' or are trivialized if you are pulling raid gear dps outside of a raid.
well i have the great honor of having Nejcha on my friends list on feathermoon. was one of the first few to say hi and even help out with questions and such. i can only hope to have the same fun as Nejcha is having.
