Looks like you have a great start! For hardware, the only thing you may need down the road is an SSD and 6 more gigs of RAM. I'd get the SSD first (you don't need to go apeshit crazy like some people do with these... no need to set them up in a raid, or get the fanciest one available... just get one at least 32GB, probably 64GB, and try to spend around $100-$150 at most).
The only other recommendation I could offer is to make a list of toons you could ever imagine playing, and start leveling them to 60 in order of liklihood you'd make that team. For example, my order was druids -> pallys -> warlocks -> shamans -> mages -> priests (and then burned out). I'm so glad I did because it happens that priests are my current favorite. In other words, it's better to truly use your RAF time effectively as it could save you $$ and time down the road. Plus, you're doing this all at a perfect time with nothing really going on in WoW until expansion
