hi guys im wondering what the cause of low fps is?

i can use 3 clients fine with thse specs:

nvidea 9800gt
q6600 cpu
4gb ram

upgrading to

radeon ati 5770
i7 930
8 or 12gb ram (opinions?)

do you guys think the upgrades will improve the FPS issues over 5 clients?
