Went ahead and ran Deadmines using my Boomkin. It felt really slow, but I was looting. I also got all 5 quests done.
The team ended up getting 3 levels and the one death was on the boat as the goblin captain rushed me. He did drop the Emberstone staff, so one of the locks is smiling.
