SC II -- Are you playing already?

Has anyone tried buying and downloading the digital copy? I'd like to do this but I'm afraid I'm going to have to let it sit for 5 hours downloading as with all the requests

I have played through the 1st several missions, and now I am going back over them because I am addicted to achievements like that LOL

Downloading the client is about 7GB, so depending on your connection speed it may take a while.

Buying a digital copy went almost smooth, got an error but turned out that the expiring date on my credit card was wrong (which is odd since I pay for my wow accounts with the same card).

I wasn't happy about what they charged though since in most local stores it is a lot cheaper.

The game itself is a lot better then I expected with some neat cut-scenes and nice gameplay.

I've been playing it a bit yesterday... and I'm impressed with the story and the way they present it. The campaign looks awesome so far.

The details are entertaining as well like the communistic news coverage and the pictures on the wall...

Btw. Anyone know where those codes are for the in-game pet in the CE edition and the downloadable content? Maybe I'm blind but I couldn't find anything in the box

And if anyone is playing in Europe let me know... we can do some games or whatnot.

Hope you linked SC2 to your WoW battle.net account cause there are no codes apart form that one. Soon as you link a CE SC2 to battle.net any wow accounts on that one will get the pet

Just got my copy this morning... installed it on the work laptop to have a sneak preview and went to battle.net to register it... and the piece of shit site is down for maintenance...

Cant play the game until it comes back up...

I hate blizzard... those wankers should have planned it better so that the site isnt down for maintenance until after the first week of their brand new games release...

Yea I beat this game in like 18 hours...well I guess I'll have to wait another 6 years for 2 days of starcraft enjoyment
