Troof that botters are too dumb to use things like tripods, much less video capture applications. They just re-use premade "botting software" to help with their ezmode farming.

Anyway, botting conversation aside -- can we take the botting versus boxing contrast conversation to another topic? I don't want botting to be confused with a legitimate how-to thread on efficient ways to do your dailies. It's too valuable a topic to get deleted just 'cuz we got distracted with a discussion on RMT (Real-Money Trade).
Perhaps one of the mods could start deleting the kind of post that promotes that... Alot of people re-direct other players with questions or accusations about multi-boxing to this site/forum and when they get here and see posts about botting etc automatically think we're all doing it (because they're morons...)

At the risk of promoting botting, I don't believe in censorship either.

Ignorance never made anybody smarter. People (should) be able to grasp what this site does and does not promote itself as.

The bots that "Thebotmaster" is using are quite low on the complexity scale.

Smart people will make their own bots, using a well known development platform. Given what you can do, its not too difficult to make a bot look fairly human.

English is not my birth language, so I might have word it wrong, and I never meant to promote boting in any way, but at same time boting is not as illegal as piracy, it was just an example.

it is just that there few gold making guides around here on how take advantage of multiboxing, and some times followed by complicated math how it is not worth it...
I can't disagree with it, especially when 5box all togather ramping-up gold for 5xEpicMounts, it will draw attention and followed ban, if it is indeed involved in any trading activities.

My point was, if some one does do it for real money they would and will set up something like example in my post above, all characters separate and in different locations run by boting-app, and usually supervised by real person.
and I think it should be common knowledge.

[edit]PS. I dont think it is wise to delete post just because it contains word "BOT", often discussion held on very root difference between boting, multi-boxing, or even multi-boting.
also in every tread like that it is strongly pointed out how Multi-boxing community oppose any form of boting, Vyndree is example here. Also like Xzin pointed out, "ignorance" is the greatest enemy, espasially when 10mil and growing players playing right now with simple mindset "any one who have any advantage over me is unfair" and followed by QQ in many forms, and there no need for example, you all know what I am talking about.

Agreed. I'm not into censorship either, I'm just asking that people move the off-topic discussion to a more appropriate thread.

Suvega ... any plans for making a wrath-version of this?! I just loved your TBC-version.

I'm not sure theres much of a need for a wrath version.

Once you finish up ice crown you'll know pretty good what dailies to do. Theres 3 daily hubs really, the airship, shadow vault, and the little platform southwest towards the island. Almost every single daily quest is multiboxer friendly except one or two, and so you can really do almost all of them which is something like 18 quests in about 1 1/2 hours, possibly less.

To do them easiest I recommend getting the carbonite addon. Fly to the airship, pick up all quests, now look at your carbonite minimap and it highlights everywhere you need to go to complete a quest - just do a circle stopping at each colored area to complete each quest, then turn in everything at the airship.

Next, fly to shadow vault, get the 3 quests, head west slightly to the vrykul area to do the 3 quests there - these 3 take maybe 3 minutes combined.

Last, fly southwest to the landing platform and take the gryphon quest and the tincture quest (I skip the chest quest - not even worth it to do it on just 1 character IMO) and head over, finish them, turn in, and voila. Add the JC quest in if any of your characters are jewelcrafters because almost all the JC quests can be completed in Ice Crown or Storm Peaks.

And yeah, if you don't have epic flyers, expect this to take about 3 hours instead of 1 1/2, so get those epic flyers fast! If you don't have them, finish all the regular quests in storm peaks, ice crown, etc, before moving on to dailies.

I would highly recommend doing at least 1-2 of the Sons of Hodir quests daily (and keeping an eye out for Everfrosts), if TBC was any indication the shoulder enchants will be pretty much only from them for the life of the expansion so you may as well grind out Exalted over a few months. I only do the horn quest until honored, then the wolf and ride-dragon quest until revered, then add the eating-worms quest. The oil quest isn't too bad since fast respawns, and the ice shards quest isn't bad either since your main can collect the 25 necessary shards, but too time consuming for me. And of course next patch you can buy rep with relic of ulduars, doing stuff in Storm Peaks should net you a few hundred of these over a few weeks.

I'm already exalted with 2 guys and revered on the other 3, so just plugging away 30 mins each day helps a lot.

I disagree - in 3.0.8 you can turn in relics of ulduar for rep and they will no longer be BoP - just wait a couple weeks for the price to go down and then use the money from the dailies that aren't stress inducing to buy all your characters to exalted. Sons of Hodir quests are the worst ones in the game for multiboxers - I will never do them.

Once I got to the point I could do dailies thats pretty much the decision I made... Until then the PVP enchants are tolerable for PVE and are cheap for shards.
