Yep already considered them but they are on a PvP server. I'm looking for a guild on a PvE server

I haven't heard of any large PvE guilds that have a multiboxing focus. I think the nature of boxing tends to lean on a PvP edge so I would encourage you to consider LoB on Kil'Jaeden. I came from a strictly PvE server/play style myself and really haven't had many issues on the server. I would suggest just creating a character and take a look around. You can join the guild as well to say hi, just let us know who you are and we can get you invited.

Not sure if there are any large PvE guilds ( yet ) but there are a few guilds with more than one. My guild had up to 5 boxers at one time( two quit the game ). We have 3 now. I'm sure there are others with more. My server is a newer one.. atm Ally dominates WG ( about 80% control atm ) but that could change when the one for one queue goes live.

Galakrond ( i have teams on both sides atm. my raiding toon is horde, but I spend most my non raiding time on Ally side )
Currently 5 Boxing 5 Protection Paladins on Whisperwind Alliance

I appreciate all of your feedback

Sure, boxing typically has a PvP advantage but with all the PvP dailies, Winter Grasp, battle grounds and future pvp objectives in Azeroth with Cata, I think there is plenty of PvP without having to be subject to it at all times.

With two small kids there is a need to go afk too much and that doesn't bode well on a PvP server and hearthing away in the middle of an objective at random notice isn't a good use of time.

My main reason for boxing isn't pvp but the convenience of a full group when i have the time or need to stop.

I usually never have a problem with this, hiding in the right spot (in ghost wolf or something) or flying wayyyy above most people keeps them from killing me.
