DK's will hit like a truck in Cata? Their dps is terrible now, do you know someone in beta or I guess i'm asking now you know this? Currently, dk's do about half the damage as rets in most arena matches.

150% weapon damage + 854.94
frost strike now does 100% weapon damage + 97 as frost
Obliterate talented hits for 209% weapon damage
The MS does 75% weapon damage + 80% of your AP as -healing on opponent
Icy touch got buffed so you get more ranged damage as well.

If you are unholy, scourge strike is now 1 rune and does 150% weapon damage.

wow, that is quite a buff, it sure would be different to have a DK that actually did some solid damage. I feel like I arena with 4.3 dps and .5 of a healer lol. Bringing 5 solid dps would be pretty sweet.

Im on beta, and while dmg is still a bit off yet due to talents and stuff NOT working right, i can say that dks will be doing MUCH more dmg. Pallys will as well. Dk dps in pvp IS terrible now, which is why i dont pvp with my 3 dks anymore, however they're excellent at control(snares, semi roots, interrupts, deathgrip, aoe cc) Nothing changed for them as far as all that is concerned... and they do more dmg and have some new tools now i cant wait for cata tbh, theres so much changing and its all fun !

before i get flamed: not all of it is fun... stuff changes, people freak out, but we're going to be fine trust me
