1. In the top pane, select the General Key Map
  2. In the bottom left pane, right click on "Mapped Keys" and select New Mapped Key
  3. Name the Mapped Key something, like "Stop Following"
  4. In the bottom right pane, click the < next to Hotkey, and assign whatever keys you want to press to make this happen
  5. The option directly below Hotkey starts with "Hold", set this option to ON -- because we're going to press a movement key to stop the following
  6. In the left pane, expand the Mapped Key by clicking the +, so you see "Steps" and "1" beneath it, then select the 1
  7. In the right pane, right click on "Actions" and select New Keystroke Action (under the Keystroke Actions submenu)
  8. For the Target option, select "Window:All w/o Current" -- this is so everyone but the main will press this keystroke
  9. For the Key Combination, select whichever key will turn you left (or right), for example "A" if you use WASD. Some people move backwards, but turning left or right will break auto-follow without interrupting spellcasting
  10. File, Export to Inner Space

If you use Jamba follow strobing, you will need to disable that first. You can do that with Shift+Alt+F.
