Or will it be fail cuz one of your toons are cc'd and cant keep up?

I would worry about them failing and losing a toon or two. I used them at 60 on my mage, and occasionally they would fail, flopping you to the ground. I don't know if the level 80 boots do the same thing, but it could be pretty rough in PvP to lose a toon or more.

I leveled engineering for the pyro rockets and decided to get these too since I like crit. I have to say some of my greatest moments in wow and world pvp are when these babies malfunction. I say 3/5 times all work, 1/5 one will lag behind. 1/5 as you're pursuing a very important target, your main and only your main's will launch you in the air, rendering your target safely away by the time you land. Although this sucks, it is so funny because of the frustration it causes to you and relief to your target.

And you can't use them in arena , I hope they keep them in rated Bgs though

I'm convinced that the failure rate is dependant on your engineering skill level. I had put engineering on my main raiding shaman and gotten it to 450 for Jeeves, and never had the boots fail. I got one more to 450 for my PvE team to have a jeeves, but the other 3 i left at 410 or so, and the first time I used it on all of them 2 of the lower lvl ones failed. Strange....

And if they disable rocketboots in rated BGs I will be very sad. One of the main reasons why I don't like arenas is i cant use fire elementals... IMO Heroism is so similar of a cooldown, I don't see why they let one but not the other.
