I found LBRS to be the best xp/hour from 45 to 55--Much better than Scholo and Strath. You can zone in and clear the first room and then bring your toons down a bit to the first ledge and they'll get XP for the whole instance. Just jump down and clear from the Orc area through the Trolls back up to your toons.
