The only problem with spamming IWT is the tendancy of slaves to 'run off'. I keep IWT on a seperate key and hit it once to get the melee going. I can back up the tank if I need to get closer.
Once you your melee run off like that you have to hit follow real fast to get them back. For some reason if they lose the location of the target to interact with striking the key again won't (always) get them back.
I was considering enabling walk on the melee in dungeons for just this reason. They can run out of follow range before you have a chance to react and then it is wipe recovery. Or perhaps set a keybind to toggle walk/run on melee.
