Blood DK DPS Macros?

Does anyone have a good setup for Blood dps? that i can use while leveling

use two keys one for rune abilities, one for runic power. I personally dont play my dk team with cast sequence or macros but rather just as i would if i played mine solo which i do as well for raiding.

this one will work tho, just have one button for death coil the other for the cast sequence(to build up runic power to use deathcoil)

/castsequence reset=target icy touch, plague strike, heart strike, heart strike, death strike, death strike, heart strike, heart strike, heart strike, heart strike ****these two last heartstrikes can be replaced with one death strike if you dont have the deathrune mastery talent yet*****


this is the most basic of single target cast sequences and depending on your glyphs and your talent choices this will suit you well. After you've used up your runes you'll have to use two casts of deathcoil to fill in the time it takes for your runes to come back up. DK basics but meh whatever lol i also have a key for horn of winter that is just the ability somewhere easily hit in the rune downtime, as it gives you runic power as well. your basic button mashing will look something like 1 1 1 1 1 2(Deathcoils are on number two here ) horn of winter here 2 1 1 1 1 1 2 2 horn of winter here

that should be pretty straight forward, i dont know what type of assist/ftl or focus system you use but that can easily be added in later depending on software and setup

some more info here if you want a more aoe-centric type sequence, and you also have glyph of disease(which refreshes disease durations when you use pestilence) then you can switch it up and add in blood boils. If there are more than 4 or 5 targets i'd use this cast sequence because it will yield more dmg across more mobs, the less mobs there is tho, the less dmg you'll do, and heart strike will start doing more dmg than blood boil if theres 4 or less targets.

/castsequence reset=combat(i dont reset on target here as you'll be spreading your diseases with this macro instead of single target focus.) icy touch, plague strike, pestilence, blood boil,death strike, death strike, blood boil, blood boil, blood boil, blood boil

adding in death coils of course, whenever your runes are still refreshing

Edit* Sorry calyptic, i typed this up for coltimar's blood DK post then posted it in the wrong one, Maybe it can help you out too*

I am using something like this, i needed superduper macro for my raise dead ability but that could be left out

I use crl as a mod key for casting renew and shift as a mod for flash heal (Greater heal form my tank) so these keys get pressed often but not mashed on a normal dps rotation. Hence the smaller number of commas. If you handle healing differently, Dancing rune weapon and Raise dead may need to be managed differently.
