This game looks boring as shit. And lazy SqareEnix is using the same exact races from FFXI but with different names for FFXIV.

Hyur - Hume
Miqo'te - Mithra
Lalafell - Tarutaru
Elezen - Elvaan
Roegadyn - Galka

I watched the alpha/beta gameplay videos on the first page of YouTube and was completely unimpressed with all of them. I will not be trying this game out unless I see better videos or after release people are raving that it's awesome.
