Possible improvements to Click Bars?

I really like ISBoxer's Click Bars, but i was wondering about couple of things..

#1 Would it be possible to add ability to click with middle mouse button?

#2 At the moment if i have Click Bar actions assigned only to normal clicks without any modifiers and happen to press shift/ctrl/alt while clicking, then nothing happens. Would it be possible to change so it will still cast those actions if no modifiers are set? I know i could just add same keymap action to clicks with modifiers, but that is a lot of unnecessary work.

Would be great to have these improvements embedded.

1. Yeah I would like to have buttons 4 and 5 as well. This particular change is more difficult in the current system than it should be I wanted them all implemented when I originally released Click Bars. I will say that the next-gen software will be more flexible in this regard, when that comes around
